Cancellation Policy
At The Dermal Formula, we strive to provide all our clients with the best service and experience. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our business, the following policy is in place:
Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service time in consideration of the next client. The full service price will still apply.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at the discretion of the esthetician, and a cancellation fee may apply.
No-Shows:
• Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. This must be paid before booking your next appointment.
Cancellations:
• We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
Payment of Fees:
• Any fees for late arrivals, no-shows, or late cancellations must be paid before booking any future services.
